The brains behind Coniston Foodhouse is Coniston local Kirsty, who recently set up the sandwich bar in 2023. Originally from Manchester, Kirsty grew up visiting the Lake District on family holidays. Eventually, she realised her dreams of living here after successfully gaining employment in the area.
Kirsty set up a home in Coniston with her husband and established their family. A busy mum of 3, cooking the family dinner each night ignited Kirsty’s passion for creating delicious cakes and treats.
